Stellawear Baby Gift Sets for Hope House Auction 2010

Recently, I created these boy and girl baby gift sets for an upcoming auction to raise support and awareness for Hope House, a local organization that fights against domestic abuse. It was an honor to create something for such a wonderful cause. For more information about Hope House please visit their website at: http://www.hopehouse.net/

Iron-on Onesie Designs

Just a couple more onesie designs that I gave to a friend. It was fun to do a baby boy look! People always say that girls have the cutest clothes... but boys can have stylish designs too!

Stellawear Flower Pins

Most of these flower pins were Christmas gifts this past year. But I think I kept one and sold one too.

More Stellawear Burp Cloths

These were either baby gifts for other friends of mine or ones that I sold to be baby gifts. If you are interested, prices are one for $10, two for $18, or four for $35.

Stellawear Burp Cloths

Burp cloths for baby boy. Sweet, stylish, and cuddly! Who would want to wipe spit-up with anything else? These are made with soft flannel fabric behind the fun patterned fabric with ribbon accents.

Stellawear Earrings

Not long after having my baby girl, Stella, I began my handmade creations. These cute button earrings were my first fabric explorations under the brand name, Stellawear.

Baby gift for a sweet friend

I have enjoyed putting together unique combinations of iron-on designs and hair bands for friends of mine having babies. This was one set.

Samples of Work: Personalized Wedding Save the Dates

This is my most recent design for my sister, Megan, and her fiance, Ryan. As you can see, they are getting married! This was also a very fun project. It was fun to make it so specific to them. They are both into politics, so you may notice a few inside jokes.

Samples of Work: Hope House Cards

This was a super fun project! I had so much fun playing around with the elements. And knowing it was for such a great cause made even more worth it. Here is their website if you'd like to find out more:

NOTE: Actual size of each card is 4.25" x 5x5".

Connections from Hallmark is the card line Hallmark has in Wal-Mart stores. It is one of many teams that I designed cards for while at Hallmark.

Samples of Work:Hallmark (RED) Cope & Encouragement Card

This was a very interesting card to work on. The goal was to create a card that would meet this sending situation: Encouragement in a stressful and chaotic world with a faith twist. I had the opportunity to collaborate with an amazing writer at Hallmark, Jim Howard, and an equally amazing hand lettering artist, Lynn Guinta, to come up with this solution. I am excited to also note that it received an American Institute of Graphic Arts Design Award in the Kansas City chapter in 2007.
